'The left has encroached too far'
'Any sort of peaceful resolution is no longer tenable' claimed Shane Trejo
Until recently, Shane Trejo was Michigan’s 11th District Republican Committee chairman (he has since been replaced by a convicted felon). He is still the executive director of the Grand New Party PAC, and Republicans for National Renewal’s grassroots director.
I have previously written about Trejo’s long history of edgelord blogging, and his refusal to deny being a neo-Nazi. But I have a far more extensive collection of his old blogs and podcasts. Here are some clips from an August 2020 episode of his Liberty Conservative podcast:
That rally did have the militia men with their long guns, long guns in the [Michigan] Capitol. Which to me was peak optics. Don’t get any better optics than that. But a lot of people did complain and said, “Oh, well, when they have the guns, the message gets muddy. The message is lost that we need our freedoms back.”
No, the message couldn't be sent louder and more clear. The message is we get our freedoms back or we take them back. The message is, we know our legacy of liberty. We know what the Founding Fathers bestowed upon us.
We have not been indoctrinated by Marxists and pedophiles and Hollywood scum and media officials and academics. We know what our liberty is all about. We know what the Founding Fathers did. We know that they're heroes.
But right now [Kenosha is] getting burned to the ground. Because a violent felon, a man who'd been accused of sexual assault, by the name of Jacob Blake, so another career criminal much like George Floyd, he was shot dead while lunging for his weapon. Reportedly had a knife on him in the car, he was shot and not killed, but paralyzed. And this is what caused the recent looting, burning terrorism throughout the city.
Didn't matter what the circumstances was, just every time one of these black thugs is gunned down, usually while committing a crime. In the case of George Floyd, he was high on fentanyl. He was incoherent, he was belligerent, he looked like a Frankenstein quite frankly.
But even Trump being reelected, that's only going to delay the inevitable. It might put us in a better situation when the inevitable hits, when the inevitable conflict hits. It's not going to stop it. This has gone too far.
The left has encroached too far. They've started the Civil War. They have committed actions that the Founding Fathers would have thought worthy of the gallows, of the death penalty, of certainly a tarring and feathering.
So like I've said before on this podcast, any sort of peaceful resolution is no longer tenable.
After J6, Trejo fought against the idea that antifa stormed the Capitol. On January 12, 2021, he went on the white supremacist Red Elephants livestream to talk about J6.
It felt like an authentic American revival. And if, and I think that, you know, with all the right wing spin that's coming out about ‘Antifa did it’ you know, they're sort of robbing us of a moment that is quite frankly, akin to the Boston Tea Party.
It's something that's, you know, out of the, you know, in the same vein as the Founding Fathers. Whether you support it or you don't, this is the type of stuff that the Founding Fathers did in order to achieve liberty back in the 1700s. So it's very similar to that and unfortunately, the right wingers, you know, they seem to be cowering, like they always seem to do when the going gets tough.
Of course, I’m not sure how he squares that with some of the takes by RNR’s Twitter account:
